just because of playing th playground on Thursday , after doing th CIP .
haha , so long nvr play th playground. kinda miss it though (:
Had my mum to help me massage my legs , very pain !
so went to band today , still had 300 pumpings and 2 time to clean th band rm .
wth ):
Done 100 pumpings just now , so left with 200 . still a lot okaay !
den went down to run .. sectionals .
